This privacy policy sets out the rules for the processing and protection of personal data provided by users in connection with their use of the inbear.pl website.

The controller has appointed a Data Protection Officer (DPO), who may be contacted on any matter relating to the processing of personal data and to the exercise of rights connected with that processing, at the following email address: inbear@inbear.pl.
3. Nature of the website
The inbear.pl website is for informational purposes only. The contact form is for submitting requests for quotes and does not constitute placing an order or concluding a contract. All sales contracts are concluded outside the website, through traditional channels. The website does not constitute an online store within the meaning of the Act of 30 May 2014 on consumer rights, nor an e-commerce platform within the meaning of Art. 8 of the Act of 18 July 2002 on the provision of services by electronic means – therefore, the obligation to publish sales regulations does not apply.
4. Purpose and legal basis for processing
Personal data is processed for the following purposes:
Contact form and bearing selection questionnaire
Data provided in the forms (name and surname, email address, telephone number, company, content of the enquiry) is processed in order to respond to a request for a quotation or to select a suitable product. Legal basis: Article 6(1)(f) GDPR (the legitimate interest of the controller in handling commercial enquiries).
Web analytics
The website uses Google Analytics 4 (GA4) and Google Tag Manager (GTM) to analyse website traffic and optimise content. Data is collected only after the user has given consent via the cookie banner. Legal basis: Article 6(1)(a) GDPR (consent).
5. Data retention period
Personal data provided via the contact forms and the questionnaire is stored for a period of 2 years from the date it was provided, or until consent is withdrawn where processing is based on consent. Data processed for analytical purposes is stored for the period specified in the privacy policies of the tool providers (Google Analytics: up to 14 months).
6. Data recipients and transfers outside the EEA
Personal data may be transferred to the following entities:
Web3Forms
A contact form handling service (Web3Forms, USA). Data sent to the Web3Forms server is transferred outside the European Economic Area. The legal basis for the transfer is the Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) pursuant to Article 46(2)(c) GDPR.
Google LLC
The provider of Google Analytics 4 and Google Tag Manager (Google LLC, USA). Data is transferred outside the EEA on the basis of the Standard Contractual Clauses. More information: policies.google.com/privacy.
7. Rights of data subjects
Every person whose data is processed has the right to: access their data and obtain a copy of it, rectify (correct) their data, erase their data (the right to be forgotten), restrict processing, data portability, object to processing, withdraw consent at any time (without affecting the lawfulness of processing carried out before its withdrawal), and lodge a complaint with the President of the Personal Data Protection Office (ul.
